Octavian Security has again been certified as one of the safest businesses to work for in the UK by leading accreditation scheme Safecontractor.

The Nottingham-based security provider, which performs a variety of operations across the UK, is audited annually by the organisation to make sure its health and safety standards remain high. “Octavian Security’s Safecontractor accreditation is a reflection on how highly we prioritise the safety of our staff,” said commercial director Tony Mellor. “As a leading security provider, we feel that we have a responsibility to lead by example on matters such as this, so we are very happy that we have upheld our high standards.” Under the Safecontractor scheme, businesses undergo a vetting process that examines health and safety procedures and their track record for safe practice.
