Who are we?

MSS Group was created in 2005 to deliver support services in a different, innovative and improved way. Our head office is in Cardiff and we employ over 600 staff who successfully operate all over the UK. Our teams provide a range of facilities services including industrial and commercial cleaning, waste management, asbestos removal, water treatment and security services.

We are consultant led security experts who implement physical security, equipment, and technologies to protect our client’s people, buildings and other assets. We protect our clients tangible assets and also consider their intangible assets such as their brand by deploying smart, professional, and likeable security staff to our client sites.

MSS work in highly regulated environments, which has caused us to continually raise the bar in the way we deliver security and manage risks. We provide security services on many Upper Tier COMAH sites and understand how to manage the security threat posed by everything from terrorism to theft. Our people are well trained in crisis management and will respond appropriately and effectively in emergency situations including dangerous occurrences and serious security breaches.

We work primarily with large manufacturing companies, major construction companies and public sector bodies, including many blue-chip organisations. We believe in working with clients to understand their needs and to meet these in ways that are robust and creative.  Our aim is to build long term relationships, be a trusted partner and a natural extension to our clients team.
