The acquisition includes £4.5 million turnover, approximately 7,000 guarding hours and a large volume of mobile patrols, key holding and remote CCTV monitoring service provisions in London and the South East plus the retention of a London office (Canning Road, Stratford, London, E15 3ND) and a management support team.
The current customer portfolio and security staff will integrate into the Kingdom portfolio and the acquisition is in line with the Kingdom strategy to complement excellent organic growth with selective national acquisitions.
Terry Barton BA (Hons) Law – Managing Director said “We take great care and time to find companies and people that match the Kingdom ethos and the Alamo acquisition is another excellent “fit” for Kingdom and further strengthens our national ability to service customers. It has been an exciting journey to watch Kingdom which I started in 1993 become a TOP 20 player in the industry without losing sight of our core values and standards as shown in our recent ACS audit (top 15% of audited companies). My team welcome our new customers and staff who will gain significant benefit from our extensive services, resources, innovation and management expertise.”
