Glevum Reach The Final

Once again, Glevum Security has featured in The Gloucestershire Citizen and Echo Business Awards 2011 which took place on 6th October at The Centaur, Cheltenham Racecourse. On this occasion they were Finalists for the Apprentice Development which is a massive achievement of which the company is justifiably proud.

Last year the company won the Best Use of Digital Technology category and this year being voted a finalist gives the Training Department the incentive to work even harder to support more individuals throughout the county. Glevum are proud to have trained more than 750 security apprentices during the past two years with many going on to secure employment in the region, and for many this is the start of their career or a complete change of career.

The company has gained great publicity through offering this training and, despite not winning on this occasion, they have the support of local business and employment services in the county. This in turn enables Glevum to go on supporting those who need the help most – The Job Seekers.
