Constant are delighted to announce the launch of the IMMIX monitoring platform in our Head Office Central Station, helping us to continue delivering a suite of high value, managed video and interactive services to customers throughout the region.
IMMIX has the largest integration library in the industry and provides a single interface for our operators to easily interact with these systems. The incorporation of this system into our Central Station has dramatically increased our efficiency by offering state of the art visual monitoring services.
This automation platform that has been designed to receive alarm events from a range of devices including video, video analytics, industry standard receivers and access control systems. Events from the various devices are then brought together using the software and presented to the operator.
