Our client is a national Security Guarding Company which also provides some associated Facilities Management Services.   They have ACS accreditation and are in the top 15% of all approved companies.

They are currently looking to purchase a company with up to £5m annual turnover and are seeking organisations which provide security guarding/mobile patrols/keyholding, but will also consider companies who have cleaning services as part of their turnover.  The business currently operates throughout England and they would consider any area with the exception of the South West.  Funding is in place.
