SIA – Active Prosecution Cases and Outstanding Warrants

The Security Industry Authority (SIA) has published a list of Active Prosecution Cases which are due to be heard in court during 2021 and a list of 8 individuals where a warrant has been issued by the SIA, but they are unable to bring them to trial at this time.

The list of Active Prosecution Cases includes 3 organisations who currently hold Approved Contractor Status (ACS) and it is disappointing to see companies are continuing to disregard the law and provide unlicensed Security Officers to their clients.
