Control Room Services

Outsourced Control Room Services provide a host of security and administration support to keep organisations running smoothly. The Control Rooms are operational 24 hours per day, 365 days of the year and are staffed by SIA (Security Industry Authority) licensed operatives. They offer companies in the security guarding industry a service which is often at a more attractive rate than running their own internal Control Room.

Control Room Services include:

  1. Telephone answered professionally in the identity of the individual client company
  2. Full, live monitoring of all assignments, staff and routine check calls
  3. Automated scheduling with 24 hour on-line access for clients
  4. Automated weekly or monthly payroll and invoice reports
  5. Message handling services
  6. Audited record of all event and incidents
  7. Management information and incident reporting
  8. Automated SIA licence verification
  9. Alarm Activation receipt and notification to client mobile response officers
  10. Monitoring of Mobile Patrols
  11. Lone worker monitoring
  12. CCTV Monitoring
  13. Vehicle Tracking

The advantages of using an accredited Security Control Room is that there are no upfront costs or staff wages and companies are charged a fixed monthly fee for the services they require.

Health & Safety is a major concern for companies where workers are employed alone and in isolated environments. Lone working monitoring provides surveillance and regular welfare checks on these employees. It also monitors SOS alerts, low battery alerts and non-movement alerts.

Vehicle tracking services offer real time monitoring and can help businesses control their costs by monitoring their driver’s routes and driving habits thereby reducing their fuel consumption and their carbon footprint, helping to improve profits and the company’s reputation.

Security Control Rooms can monitor their client’s sites by using the latest IP based CCTV security systems. Surveillance can be carried out by regular visual patrols, ad hoc visual patrols or alternatively a motion alarm alerts the Control Room Officer if movement is detected on the site. They can then track the intruders, record events and take the relevant emergency action.

All Security Control Room services can be tailored to meet the exact requirements of the individual client.
