Congratulations to the winners of the ACS Pacesetters Security Officer of Distinction Awards

We returned to Royal Windsor Racecourse for the ACS Pacesetters Security Officer of Distinction Awards on Wednesday, 22nd May, and were joined by our members, together with their staff and clients, our sponsors and guests.

We would like to congratulate all the inspirational winners who are a credit to the Security Industry. The lifesaving acts, bravery and remarkable work of these frontline Security Officers has been exceptional. This year the incidents involving our final 12 Security Officers included resuscitating a 2 week old baby, being threatened with weapons, saving a life on the railway track and dealing with a serious sexual assault. We would also like to mention all of those who were nominated who should be congratulated on their achievements.

We were delighted that Mike Neville of Neville Forensic Recognition agreed to be our guest speaker. Mike is a world expert on catching criminals caught on camera. He also kindly agreed to present the individual Security Officer of Distinction Awards.
