Who are we?

First Response Group Ltd is a Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractor Scheme member for the provision of security guarding and mobile patrol solutions throughout the United Kingdom delivered by a team of locally based, experienced and dedicated officers. The company has been providing security solutions since 2007 from its Leeds head office and satellite offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester. Core services provided are:

• Manned Guarding: All of our security officers are screened, SIA licensed and DBS checked where relevant. The entire team, including relief officers and operational supervisors and managers are fully qualified.

• Mobile Patrols, Alarm Response and Key Holding Services: We provide this service where a manned guarding solution is not. Our team is trained to preserve the crime scene, notifying police, client and maintaining a presence on site until the facility is secure.

• CCTV and Intruder Alarms Security Systems: We offer electronic security systems installation and remote monitoring as standalone surveillance and detection tools or as part of a manned security solution. We specify latest equipment from single camera to multi-level surveillance systems for onsite or remote monitoring.

• Access Control: We install different types of systems to operate a single door to multiple doors in complex building setups both wired and wireless network deployments. Access Control is the most effective way to ensure premises are secured against unauthorised entry.

• Security Consultancy: We deliver bespoke security threat and risk assessments on a consultancy basis, both for solution design and peer review purposes.
