Who are we?

CSP stands for The Combined Services Provider. It also stands for Caring, Safe, Professional which represent our values. We specialise in providing Zone Ex services to venues and events including Car Parking, Internal and External Traffic Management, Stewarding, Security, HVM Solutions, Cash & Audit and Consultancy services.  With client relationships being held for over twenty years, we are very proud to represent so many prestigious venues and events. CSP believe in building strong bonds with our clients, with the ability to evolve our services to meet the dynamic needs of clients.  CSP understands the key role that we play with the detailed planning and operational delivery of our services, working in collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver a safe and positive experience for all.

Traffic Management

CSP can offer a complete service combining planning, consultancy and event operations through to final debrief and post-event reporting. We remain one of the few event service providers able to deploy appropriately trained and police accredited operatives on the public highway to direct traffic. This due to our multiple Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS) awards issued by the National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC).  Our service provision includes the development of comprehensive traffic plans, creation and design of professional legislative standard maps/CAD drawings, fully compliant traffic management personnel (SLG, 12D and CSAS accredited), visitor segregation and access control, in house production of bespoke signage and highways compliant equipment.

Stewarding

We are compliant with British Standard 8406 (in Event Stewarding and Crowd Safety) and have provided crowd safety and stewarding services to numerous venues and major events, extending our services into crowd management of transport hubs and stations on event days such as Highbury & Islington, Fulham Broadway and Ascot Racecourse. Our managers work with our clients to develop, review and continually update their individual crowd safety strategies and operational plans, to effectively manage and measure the mutually agreed service delivery standard. All our stewards are either NVQL2 qualified or working towards qualification.

Security

Our wide experience of managing ‘first point’ visitor expectations underpins our professional approach to Security. We have provided Security services across a diverse portfolio of clients including sports stadia, racecourses, outlet and shopping centres, training grounds and major events.  We are registered with the SIA ACS (Approved Contractor Scheme). Our services include access control, personnel search, CCTV, response teams, pit security, and vehicle search operations.
