Robert has been contracted to  a Northern County Council at the Bus Station for the past 5 years.  In January, a young girl collapsed after having an epileptic fit.   Whilst contacting the emergency services, Robert had to perform CPR on the young girl and he continued to do so until the emergency services arrived, which undoubtedly saved this person’s life.   Robert is also commended for being proactive when dealing with drunk and abusive bus passengers by calming the situation down and supporting the drivers during difficult situations.
