Kathy is contracted to a large Borough Council’s and has been involved in two serious incidents, both requiring her excellent first aid skills.  She was called to the ladies’ WC where it was found that a female had collapsed inside a cubicle.  Kathy forced the door open and assisted her until an ambulance arrived and her swift actions, no doubt, helped save the lady’s life.  Kathy was also involved in an incident, where a member of the public was run over by a lorry.  With a colleague they rushed to the scene and administered first aid, also assisting paramedics as they fought to save this man’s life.  Unfortunately, the incident resulted in a fatality.  Kathy received exceptional praise from the Council’s Executive Management Team for her involvement in both incidents.
