Who are we?

GR8 Security Limited was founded in 2008 in Birmingham, by managing director Nick Southern, a former professional rugby player with Gloucester and Leicester Tigers.

In 2012, Kennedy MacKenzie, General Manager, joined the business to raise standards and attain industry accreditations, including ACS.  Since then, the company has gone from strength to strength, with our most recent achievement being to achieve becoming a market “Pacesetter” in 2020.

GR8 Security strengths lie in our “can-do”, forward-thinking attitude, where we listen to our customers and work with them to both resolve their problems and enhance their businesses wherever possible.

We have the flexibility and availability to see our on-site security officers and customers at times which suit them. Our contracts are won through relationships which have been built up over our 10+ years.

We have successfully established ourselves in the logistics, construction, social housing, retail and corporate sectors and look to diversify further in the near future. We have achieved year on year continuous improvement with our ACS scores, our KPI’s, our £-Turnover and £-Profit.

We are very excited about the future and looking forward to developing and growing our CCTV and Electronic Security Solutions to the business. This will further enhance our service provision.
